Secure document management is facilitated through a Safe folder feature, wherein documents can be hidden and protected with a PIN. Screenshots of contents within the Safe folder are disabled to enhance confidentiality.

Document retrieval is streamlined via a search function requiring keyword inputs. Sorting options include alphabetic order, numerical value, or date-based arrangements for efficient organization.

Users can adjust the font size for improved readability on their screens, with options ranging from 12.0 to 40.0 points.
